SHIPPING
1. What is your shipping policy?
We currently offer shipping across Gulf countries, Egypt, USA, and UK. Shipping times may vary depending on location, but we strive to deliver all orders within 1-15 work days you can check in shipping and delivery page about your country. Due to high demand, some products may take longer to ship.
2. Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment, we ship to Egypt, USA, and UK. If your country is not on the list, please contact us at info@mrayabeauty.com to inquire about special orders.
3. How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your order on our website or through the shipping provider.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
4. What should I do if I received the wrong product?
If you have received a different item from the one you ordered, we’re sorry! We will get the right product to you. Just email info@mrayabeauty.com with the order details, and we will sort the rest!
5. How can I request a return?
To request a return, please visit our Contact Us page or send us an email at info@mrayabeauty.com.
Please note, we only offer returns if the product packaging is unopened, the product is unused, and the packaging is in a re-sellable condition. The return request must be made within 5 days of receiving the order. This is for hygiene reasons.
6. Do you offer refunds?
No, due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds.
FAULTY ITEMS
7. What if my product is faulty?
If an item is delivered to you that is not fit for your purpose, it is not considered faulty. Natural wear and tear through use is not considered faulty either.
